The construction of a new campus for the Mackay Centre and Philip E. Layton (PEL) Schools was the result of a team effort on the part of the °΅ΝψΑΤΖζ_°΅ΝψΝψΥΎ_°΅ΝψΑΤΖζΆΜΖ¬ (°΅ΝψΑΤΖζ_°΅ΝψΝψΥΎ_°΅ΝψΑΤΖζΆΜΖ¬), the schools’ administration and parents five years ago. Their proposal was clear: more space for modern equipment and technology was needed for the education and medical care of the children.
